Description
The AFO system includes two AFO sandals attached to an adjustable bar with built-in dorsal flexion. Check that the foot is well placed in the back of the sandal, can pass through the two holes at the back of the sandal. The sandals attach to the bar by means of a ‘Quick Clip’ system that allows the sandals to be easily attached on and off the bar. The sandal consists of a cast rubber footplate with soft straps. For children with an allergy to leather, a synthetic option is available. The sandals should be worn with well-fitting socks to prevent irritation and/or blisters.
The buckles of the sandals are on the medial side. The sandal of the premature set is attached to the bar.
