How do you put on an ankle brace 8?
1. Put on the brace. The heel part of the brace should fit well to the heel of the foot.
2. Pull the foot towards you in such a way that the foot is at a 90 degree angle. Then apply the dotted tyre to tension and close it.
3. Take the wide elastic band and wrap the strap behind the lower leg along forward, obliquely over the instep, then under the foot through and through the outside of the foot to the inside of the ankle. You’re actually the number “8.” Close the strap using the Velcro.
