Air Pump Walker Long
Description
The Air Pump Walker® offers a customizable high-quality solution for patients with foot and ankle injuries. With a stable frame construction, air filling and perforations for air circulation, targeted immobilization with simultaneous mobilization is possible. The operation is simple and the orthosis can be put on and taken off quickly. The integrated pump system allows for individual adjustment and additional comfort. The tread of the orthosis features a non-slip and shock-absorbing TPR outsole with a biomechanically optimized ball rocker. The ergonomic design offers high wearing comfort with flexible calf cuff, ventral cover and hexagonal pads for immobilization and extra padding of the ankle joint.
Available in five sizes, each in a long and a short version.
Indications
Long shaft:
Pre- and post-operative/post-traumatic immobilization for damage to bones/capsule and ligamentous structures of the foot/ankle
Soft tissue
Damage Stable fractures of the foot and/or ankle joint
Severe II° and III° sprains
