VariGrip Uno

The VariGrip Uno is the only thumb and individual finger trainer with adjustable resistance for both flexion and extension. The unique ergonomic design with stabilization points provides additional support. You can gradually adjust the resistance and better track progress based on the patient’s needs.

The VariGrip Uno has both a red (light) and green (heavy) spring for an even wider range. To prevent injuries and muscle tension, we recommend starting with the red spring which you can gradually increase from 0.68 kg to 2.27 kg. In addition, you can gradually increase the green spring from 2.27 kg to 3.63 kg.
